We are seeking a highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor to support a fast-growing personal brand in the relationship space with a large global audience. This role requires more than basic editing — we are looking for someone who understands viral content strategy, audience engagement, and storytelling to create high-performing short-form videos.

Responsibilities:
- Transform long-form YouTube content into engaging short-form videos (30–90 seconds).
- Extract 10–20 high-impact clips from each long-form video.
- Add dynamic subtitles, compelling hooks, and modern editing elements.
- Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure content aligns with viral trends and platform best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing short-form viral content.
- Strong understanding of Hook psychology, Emotional storytelling, and Audience retention strategies.
- Ability to identify high-performing moments within long-form content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and fast turnaround time.
- Editors who think like content strategists, not just technicians.
- Ability to create content that captures attention within the first 3 seconds.
- A strong portfolio showcasing viral or high-engagement short-form videos.
- Must submit 3–5 samples of high-quality short-form video edits, e.g., demonstrating engagement, storytelling, and strong hooks.
