We are seeking reliable individuals to oversee the daily operations of our betting shop in Port Harcourt( Iwofe, Ogbogoro, Elioparawan). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing one or two cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash accurately, and maintaining full compliance with Bet9ja operational standards.

Responsibilities:
- Promote online account opening and increase online sales
- Maximize and increase sales in the shop through promotions, business development strategies and ideas, etc.
- Identify the business needs of every shop and ensure that they are met.
- Grow the existing and prospective customer base of the company across retail, web-based and mobile distribution channels
- Maintain high levels of appropriate product knowledge with an understanding of each product offered by the Company.
- Monitor customer service compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of SSCE in a related field
