Job summary
We are hiring a Shop, Stock & Fulfilment Officer to manage daily shop operations, assist walk-in customers, handle order packing, and coordinate dispatch. This is a hands-on role for a reliable and organised individual comfortable working in a retail environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Open and manage the shop during working hours
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally
- Explain products clearly and assist customers with selection
- Build simple product kits using the provided guidelines
- Measure luggage, accessories, or items when required
- Pick items strictly based on confirmed orders
- Take clear flatlay photos of items for order verification
- Pack orders carefully and accurately
- Coordinate dispatch and handoff to delivery riders
- Maintain daily stock movement and shop logs
- Keep the shop and stock area organised and secure
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, retail, or fulfilment role
- Ability to stand and work actively for extended periods
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
