Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily front- and back-end operations of all outlets
- Supervising staff and areas to ensure customer satisfaction within outlets
- Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all outlets
- Delivering superior service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
- Ensuring availability of store supplies through timely requisition through the F&B Manager
- Compile detailed reports on products and sales
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an S.S.C.E
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
