Service Operations Manager
Job summary
We are looking to hire a Service Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, and execution of service tasks.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with HSE and company regulations.
- Optimize resource allocation (personnel, tools, equipment).
- Review reports including FSRs, warranty claims, attendance sheets, and petty cash.
- Track quotations, orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for customers and maintain strong communication.
- Audit inventory, supervise spare parts ordering/dispatch, and validate stock reports.
- Oversee documentation, HR support, and compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly KPI reports.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and timely processing of invoices.
- Promote a strong safety culture through regular briefings and enforcement of HSE practices.
- Recommend improvements to workflows, processes, and data management.
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2 years' experience
