Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all workshop operations and service personnel.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with parts, procurement, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive service management.
