- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive service management.
