ROLE OVERVIEW
This is not a conventional relationship management role.
We are seeking a Senior Wealth Manager who can originate, advise, and convert high-value investment relationships into funded portfolios.
You will work directly with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), professionals, and investment groups, providing tailored investment strategies while driving measurable capital inflows into the firm.
This role sits at the intersection of advisory and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
•
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified HNI clients, cooperatives, and investment groups
•
Originate new investment opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach
•
Convert prospects into active funded investment portfolios
•
Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles
•
Provide ongoing portfolio advisory, performance reviews, and market insights
•
Identify and present relevant investment opportunities across fixed income and real assets
•
Maintain deep client relationships to drive repeat investments and referrals
•
Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute investment solutions
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by:

Capital raised (monthly and quarterly)

Growth in active funded client base

Portfolio performance and client retention

Strength of client relationships and referral network
This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations around capital formation and client conversion.
Requirements
•
Strong experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or asset management
•
Proven ability to originate and manage relationships with HNIs
•
Solid understanding of fixed income, capital markets, and portfolio construction
•
Demonstrated track record of raising capital or managing client portfolios
•
Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
•
CFA, CFP, or relevant professional certifications are an advantage
•
Understanding of local and global financial markets
