Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Conduct and supervise regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, and variances promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments on stock-related activities.
• Ensure warehouse security and safeguard company inventory against loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and maintained to required operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Experience in phone accessories, electronics, and FMCG is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
