Job summary

Our client is a fast-growing travel tech platform dedicated to seamless global mobility. From competitive flight booking solutions to a curated portfolio of over 2000 premium shortlet apartments, they provide a 360-degree travel experience. As they scale, the client is looking for a heavy-hitting sales professional to lead our revenue growth. We are seeking a Senior Travel Sales Executive who doesn’t just "close deals" but dominates the market. You will be responsible for driving high-volume monthly flight ticket sales and expanding their corporate and individual client base for their shortlet listings. This role is for a closer who is motivated by high-stakes performance and the financial rewards that come with it.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume monthly sales of international and domestic flight tickets. 
  • Strategic Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)  and corporate accounts. 
  • Retention Management: Develop and implement loyalty strategies to ensure high customer lifetime value. 
  • Portfolio Synergy: Cross-sell our 2000+ shortlet listings to flight clients to maximise booking value. 


Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 + years of active sales experience in the travel/aviation industry. 
  • High-Volume Success: You must currently be managing and hitting significant monthly sales targets. 
  • Industry Network: An existing portfolio of corporate clients or a robust lead pipeline is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

  • Competitive Base Salary: A guaranteed monthly retainer. 
  • Volume Incentives: Tiered commission structures - the more you sell, the higher your percentage share becomes.

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
