We are hiring a Senior Technical Assistant for a client who will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives across technology, operations, and strategy. This role is ideal for a technically grounded professional who can execute independently.

Role Overview

The Technical Assistant will support leadership by translating business goals into executable technical and operational actions. You will sit at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy — driving analysis, execution, and coordination across teams while developing a strong understanding of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support leadership in planning, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives

Translate high-level business objectives into technical and operational work plans

Conduct deep analysis on products, systems, and processes to inform decision-making

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects

Support product, technology, and digital transformation initiatives

Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed improvements

Act as a thought partner to leadership on growth, scaling, and optimization efforts

Required Experience & Skills

4–7+ years of experience in technical, product, consulting, or operations roles

Strong understanding of technology systems, digital products, or enterprise platforms

Ability to analyze complex data and turn insights into clear recommendations

Experience working with senior stakeholders or executives

Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills

High attention to detail with strong execution discipline

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
