Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Senior Strategy & Communications Executive, you will lead and execute high-impact communication strategies, draft press releases, manage media relations, and ensure strategic alignment with client objectives. You will work collaboratively with the executive team to craft and deliver compelling messaging, oversee reputation management initiatives, and provide creative and strategic input into marketing communications for the agency's diverse portfolio of clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in drafting Press Releases and developing impactful Strategic Communications
- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in crafting compelling messages
- Experience in Media Relations and managing relationships with press and other stakeholders
- Exceptional Writing skills, with an attention to detail and ability to write for diverse audiences
- Proven experience in public relations or marketing communications, ideally within an agency setting
- Ability to design and implement innovative and effective communication strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Reputation Management or Crisis Communication is an added advantage
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms to amplify communication strategies
