Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and official engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence.
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Economics, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in executive support, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with senior executives or leadership teams is an added advantage.
