Senior Software Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, enterprise-level software applications.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical planning, and solution design.
• Work on backend development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI integration, or full-stack engineering projects based on individual expertise.
• Participate in technical discussions, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship when required.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage assigned responsibilities independently while meeting agreed deadlines and project milestones.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably involving large-scale enterprise applications.
  
• 5–6+ years of software architecture, technical leadership, or engineering team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: backend development: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, Spring Boot; cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud; DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Azure DevOps; AI Engineering: Python, Generative AI, LLM Integration, AI Agents; and software architecture: microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, REST APIs
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software solutions and contributing to architecture decisions.
