Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, high-engagement short-form videos (15–60 seconds) tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Optimize video structures to improve completion rates (looping effects, high-energy pacing, and strategic storytelling).
- Add dynamic subtitles, trending sound effects, background music, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and scriptwriters to brainstorm highly localized creative concepts that resonate with the Nigerian audience.
- Keep up with daily social media trends, viral challenges, and platform algorithm changes to implement them swiftly into video production.
- Organize and manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files efficiently.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
