Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own technical SEO end-to-end: audits, site architecture, page speed and Core Web Vitals, schema/structured data, indexing, and internal linking.
- Own on-page and off-page SEO: keyword research, content writing, content optimization, and backlink strategy.
- Lead AEO/GEO (answer engine and generative engine optimization): structure content and metadata so ReactSquad gets surfaced and cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews.
- Develop and own the SEO content strategy: buyer-intent keyword targeting, comparison and alternative pages, and topic clusters, in collaboration with the content team.
- Track, report, and act on organic performance using GSC, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B experience in SEO, technical SEO, or organic growth.
- Experience with AEO/GEO or optimizing content for AI-driven search.
- Experience with Google and YouTube Search
- SEO copywriting/content development and management skills
- Strong command of technical SEO: schema, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and site structure.
- Proven ability to grow relevant organic traffic, not just total traffic volume.
- Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, and SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Strong understanding of search intent and how keywords and content map to it.
- Deep interest in, or ability to quickly learn, technical subject matter such as software engineering, AI, and developer hiring.
- Experience working in a CMS such as Webflow is an added advantage
- Some ability to work with content, briefing writers, or editing for search is an added advantage
