Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure consistent customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and trust.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales metrics, market performance data, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review and work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to design promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide feedback from the market to influence product enhancements and marketing direction; also, ensure sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and client requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional sales certification is an added advantage.
  • 7–9 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior sales management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales growth targets.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with key or high-value accounts.
  • Experience managing and mentoring sales teams, including performance management and coaching.
  • Strong skills in pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.


Remuneration: NGN 850,000- NGN1.2 million monthly net

Location: Lekki
