- Oversee and drive outright property sales within the branch while implementing strategies to increase market share and revenue performance.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Lead negotiations, manage key client relationships, and oversee the closing of high-value property transactions exceeding ₦500 million.
- Influencing business strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market positioning.
- Utilizing CRM systems and digital sales tools to track performance, manage client pipelines, and improve sales efficiency while ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional results.
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of verifiable real estate industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team development expertise
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and client acquisition skills
- High technological proficiency, including CRM systems and digital sales tools
