Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Oversee the full sales cycle and manage leads
- Build strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Provide sales reports and insights to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (a master's is a plus)
- 5-7 years of sales management experience in microfinance or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Location: D-Line, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State
Work Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 450,000 + Transport and Airtime Allowance
