We are working with an Oil & Gas business looking for an experienced, senior sales & marketing professional
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL&GAS INDUSTRY
This strategic leader will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role involves high- level planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Core Responsibilities include
Strategic Leadership: Lead, develop, and execute effective long-term market-entry and expansion strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed revenue targets across high-value sales offerings (equipment supply, O&M, services), balancing short-term wins with long-term value creation, and expand the company's customer base.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals and potentially junior sales managers to achieve individual and collective goals. This includes recruiting, onboarding, setting objectives, and monitoring performance.
Key Account Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong, long- lasting relationships with major clients and key stakeholders, often handling complex negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
