Senior Sales Executive
Job summary
TransactEase is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new revenue in the US and Canadian markets within the FX and cross-border payments space. The Ideal candidate should have strong B2B fintech or payments sales experience, a proven record of closing international deals, and thrive in a performance-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition in the US & Canada
- Prospect, qualify, and close FX and cross-border payment opportunities
- Engage senior decision-makers (Founders, CFOs, Finance Leads)
- Lead discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and deal structuring
- Manage longer, compliance-driven sales cycles
- Work closely with compliance and operations to onboard clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
- Meet defined activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in fintech, FX, payments, banking, or SaaS sales
- Proven track record of closing international B2B deals
- Experience selling to US or Canadian clients (very important)
- Strong understanding of compliance, onboarding, and risk considerations
- Comfortable working across time zones (EST/PST)
- Results-driven, structured, and disciplined
Compensation & Structure
- NGN 300,000 – NGN 400,000 monthly + 5% Commission (Base salary during probation) and NGN 500,000 – NGN 700,000 monthly + 7% Commission (Post Confirmation)
- Commission is paid monthly and only on completed, revenue-generating transactions
- Confirmation is strictly tied to defined KPIs and revenue traction
Note- This role is not suitable for candidates who prefer fixed pay without performance accountability. Failure to meet expectations may result in non-confirmation or termination during probation
