Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across various industries
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting
- Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and company policies
Requirements:
- 4–5 years proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
- Experience recruiting across mid-to-senior level roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – NGN 450,000 per month
