- Quantity take-off and measurement skills.

Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Cost estimation and budgeting.
- Tender preparation and evaluation.
- Cost planning and cost control.
- Valuation of work done.
- Interim payment certification.
- Final account preparation.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Risk assessment and cost analysis.
- Prepare project budgets.
- Monitor project expenditure and also analyse costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 7 years of previous experience in a similar role
