- Personally edit or lead post-production on priority/complex work, including narrative structure, fine cuts, colour correction/grading, sound treatment, motion graphics/VFX coordination, retouching and delivery specifications.
- Set quality standards for footage, photography, edits, file management, backups, masters and platform adaptations.
- Build production plans, budgets, schedules, crew structures, equipment lists, vendor plans and risk controls.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary crews and specialist vendors while remaining capable of stepping into technical execution.
- Manage client/internal production communication, changes, revisions, and high-impact production decisions.
- Mentor Production Producers and Assistants in camera craft, lighting, audio, editing, workflow and professional production behaviour.
- Improve production SOPs, templates, equipment practices, vendor networks, resource forecasting and responsible use of AI/new production technology.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strong hands-on production experience with a high-quality portfolio/showreel demonstrating complex photography and video work.
