Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port Harcourt for a Senior Piping Engineer. The role involves designing and analysing piping systems, performing calculations, conducting stress analysis, and developing piping layouts. Responsibilities also include collaborating with project teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of piping systems. The Senior Piping Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and company requirements while working closely with other engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Piping Design and expertise in Piping System Analysis
• Strong skills in Pipe Stress Analysis and Calculations
• Experience working with various piping materials and specifications
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and codes related to piping
• Ability to manage and lead projects, providing technical guidance to team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in engineering tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage
