Job summary
The Senior Operations Manager -Travel Services will provide strategic and operational leadership across the travel agency’s operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong client satisfaction. This role oversees multiple teams and functions.

- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end travel and corporate travel operations.
- Drive service excellence across ticketing, reservations, corporate accounts, and after-sales support.
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage operations teams and supervisors.
- Oversee and optimize the use of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo).
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, airline policies, and internal controls.
- Manage key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders at a senior level.
- Identify risks, improve processes, and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in travel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in corporate travel operations and GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and managing complex operations.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
