Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Marketer to lead the marketing and business development efforts of our cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies to expand our client base, securing contracts with corporate organizations (e.g., hotels, offices, and event centers), and strengthening the company’s brand presence in the market.

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotels, corporate offices, property managers, schools, hospitals, and event venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement officers, hotel managers, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (offline and B2B outreach).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with management to create attractive service packages and promotional offers.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and industry exhibitions.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build case studies, testimonials, and portfolios to showcase the company’s successes.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff.
- Track marketing performance metrics, analyze ROI, and present reports to management.
- Work closely with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in any related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or service-related industries.
- A strong network within the hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to handle high-level negotiations.
- Goal-driven and persistent.
