We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Management Consultant to join our growing consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
Consulting Engagement:
- Deliver and manage consulting assignments from initiation to completion.
- Deliver end-to-end consulting engagements including diagnostics, strategy formulation, transformation planning, implementation support, and performance monitoring.
- Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining service excellence.
Business Transformation & Change Management:
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across strategy, operations, people, processes, and technology.
- Support clients in organizational restructuring, operating model redesign, process optimization, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement change management strategies that drive stakeholder adoption and business results.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation programs.
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Lead strategic planning engagements and support clients in translating strategy into execution.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and organizational assessments.
- Develop business growth strategies, operational improvement plans, and transformation frameworks.
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure realization of intended benefits.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
- Serve as the primary engagement lead for key client accounts. Understand client priorities and proactively identify opportunities to create additional value.
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
Business Development & Practice Growth:
- Lead business development initiatives and contribute to revenue generation targets.
- Identify new consulting opportunities and convert leads into engagements.
- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Participate in networking activities, industry forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
- Support the development of new service offerings and consulting solutions.
- Contribute to the firm's brand positioning and market expansion efforts.
Team Leadership & Capability Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and project teams.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and client-focused culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives within the consulting practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience, with significant experience in management consulting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA, Master's Degree, or other relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Strategy, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with the Big 4, a global consulting firm, or a leading indigenous consulting firm is required.
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering consulting engagements from proposal stage through execution and project closure.
- Proven track record in strategy, transformation, organisational development, performance improvement, and change management projects.
- Strong business development experience with evidence of revenue generation and client acquisition.

- Communicates and facilitates exceptionally, translating complex concepts clearly for executive audiences.
- Holds broad industry knowledge and quickly grasps client business environments and dynamics.
