The role is majorly a field work with strong focus on building customer base, digital lending, and ensuring compliance with CBN and company loan regulations and process. It involves direct customer interaction while supervising team members
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition and management
- Manage loan processing, disbursement and repayments
- Lead team and supervise loan officers to ensure proper implementation of loan policy, process and compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive achievement of financial targets on loan disbursement and collection
- Establish effective relationship with clientele and internal stakeholders
- Assist in development of products and drive product awareness campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare effective business reports to management
- Ensure effective team training
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in business, finance, accounting, and economics disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in the banking industry
- A Microfinance Certification will be an advantage
