Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Loan Officer based in Lagos. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applicants, processing and originating loans, conducting credit analyses, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and offering professional financial advice to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Loan Origination and a strong understanding of Loan Officers' responsibilities
• Experience in Finance and Loan Underwriting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of local banking regulations and loan processes is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
