We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales within industrial machinery or related sectors, with a proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships, drive market expansion, and achieve sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Manage and follow up on high-quality inquiries from key accounts, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of visits by key clients, ensuring a professional and productive experience.
- Develop and submit pre-visit plans and strategies for key account engagements.
- Conduct regional market research to identify new business opportunities and formulate development plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies and client management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the assembly and operations team in Lagos to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums in Nigeria and nearby regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree(at least Diploma ) in Sales, Business, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account sales, preferably in industrial machinery, food processing equipment, water treatment systems, or related sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and occasionally across West Africa.
