This is not a typical design role — it’s a sales-driven, client-facing position.

At Kimberly’s Electric, we run a premium Experience Centre where lighting, smart home systems, and design come together to drive real buying decisions.

We’re hiring a Senior Interior Designer to own the showroom, engage high-end clients, and convert walk-ins into revenue.

💼 What You’ll Do

Lead client interactions on the showroom floor

Convert walk-ins into sales through design-led conversations

Curate products into ready-to-buy bundles & packages

Deliver space planning, lighting concepts & FF&E selections

Support with drawings & technical documentation where required

Build B2B relationships and drive repeat business

Create content from the showroom that attracts clients

📊 Your Success =

Conversion rate (walk-ins → sales)

Ability to bundle and increase transaction value

Revenue generated + client retention

💰 Compensation

₦400,000 base + strong commission

➡️ The more you sell, the more you earn

➡️ This is a frontline revenue role

📋 Requirements

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

2–4 years experience (client-facing preferred)

Strong design + sales mindset

Experience with FF&E, space planning & drawings

Excellent client engagement & communication skills

Must be available on-site (Mon–Sat, Lekki)
