Senior Interior Designer

About the Role:

Noveclat Interiors is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative process from concept to completion. This role requires strong design leadership, excellent communication, and project management skills to deliver timeless, functional, and aesthetic spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Supervise and approve design concepts, materials, and project timelines.
• Translate client needs into actionable and innovative design solutions.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee material selection, sourcing, and approval.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs meet project standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead/CEO and Communications team for updates, documentation, and marketing support.
