Senior Interior Design Archetect

Design Leadership:

• Lead the entire design process from client briefing and concept development to final project delivery.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative and functional interior design solutions.
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, and design narratives that clearly communicate the design vision.

Visualization & Presentation:

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to effectively present design ideas.
• Prepare polished presentation materials and post-production visuals for client approvals.

Technical Documentation:

• Develop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
• Ensure drawings meet industry standards and are coordinated with consultants and contractors.
• Review and resolve design and technical challenges during project development.

Project Execution & Site Coordination:

• Participate in site meetings, inspections, and project supervision.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
• Address design modifications and provide solutions during construction.

Collaboration & Team Support:

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Mentor and support junior designers where necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Experience working on high-end residential or luxury interior projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in the following software is required: SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Revit Architecture, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign), Premiere Pro or Camtasia, and Canva
• Exceptional design creativity and spatial thinking
• Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation ability
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving ability
