Job summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with clients, and delivering top-quality talent across various roles. Experience with international recruitment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing, referrals, and talent databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Candidates & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and strategic hiring needs.
- Provide weekly updates, reports, and recruitment insights.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening across multiple job categories.
- International recruitment experience (UAE, US, UK, Canada, Europe, ASIA etc.) is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools), and modern sourcing techniques
