Job title: Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brands across packaging, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role involves brand stewardship, packaging design, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve brand visual identity across all touchpoints
- Lead packaging design for FMCG products, ensuring clarity and shelf impact
- Develop campaign visuals for digital, in-store, and ATL/BTL channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact creative
- Guide junior designers and uphold design quality standards
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of design, preferably in FMCG or beauty
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and strong design fundamentals
- Proven track record in packaging and brand systems
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with skincare/beauty brands, brand guidelines, art direction, Figma, or motion design
