Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior GoLang Engineer. The Senior GoLang Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and efficient backend services, with a focus on supporting financial transactions and system integrations. Responsibilities include writing clean, modular, and testable code in GoLang, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting performance optimizations, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Go programming language and experience with backend development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and microservices
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with financial systems or payment processing is a plus
