Responsibilities:
- Design and implement full-stack features and internal tools
- Build scalable APIs and integrate them into modern React/Next.js UIs
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the stack
- Lead system design discussions and architectural decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong React and Next.js skills
- Strong Node.js backend experience
- Strong PostgreSQL skills (schema design, query optimisation)
- Strong understanding of Redis and caching patterns
- Experience designing scalable systems and working with production workloads
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership

- Major features ship cleanly and reliably into production
- Performance and reliability improve across key workflows
- Engineering standards improve through code reviews and mentorship
- Architecture decisions support scale and maintainability
Role details:
