Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
  
• Define technical architecture and engineering standards across backend and frontend applications.
  
• Make critical decisions around system design, scalability, performance optimization, and infrastructure.
  
• Drive architectural improvements and technical innovation across the engineering organization.
  
• Review and approve technical solutions proposed by team members.
  

Backend Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and
• Django REST Framework (DRF).  C#(.NET) is a plus
  
• Build and optimize asynchronous workflows using Celery, Redis, and message queues.
  
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
  
• Implement security best practices and maintain system integrity.
  

Frontend Engineering:

• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and ensure adherence to development standards.
  
• Optimize applications for speed, usability, accessibility, and SEO.
  

Systems & Infrastructure:

• Architect and implement scalable distributed systems.
  
• Design solutions involving:
  
• Load balancing, caching strategies
  
• Queue-based architectures
  
• Service orchestration
• Database optimization
  
• Oversee cloud deployments and infrastructure management on AWS.
  
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and incident response processes.
  

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers.
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  
• Lead technical interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
  
• Accurately estimate project timelines and scope engineering efforts.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 10 years of previous experience in a similar role
