Senior Freight Payment Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Freight Payment Officer. In this role, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of freight payment for DCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and experience managing freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing haulage payments to CTES customers providing haulage services to DCP. Managing truck lease repayments by CTES customers. Preparation of CTES financial reports for management information. Participate in the preparation of the CTES haulage rebate annual budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related discipline 9 years of work experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent knowledge of freight transportation regulations and best practices. Knowledge of logistics fleet operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of fleet tracking. Excel & Power BI skills.  Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using transportation management software.
