Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Lead audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA)
- 3-5 years of experience as an accountant.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be living around Igbogbo, Oreyo, Ebute, and Igbe-Laara in Ikorodu, Lagos, & Environment.
- Age Range: 30-45.
Location: Ikorodu
Remuneration: NGN 600,000- 700,000
Work Mode: Monday -Friday 7:30 am -7 pm.
