Job summary
The Senior Estate Surveyor will be responsible for managing and overseeing estate surveying and valuation activities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in estate management or related discipline
- Professional certification and membership with NIESV and registration with ESVARBON
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in estate surveying and valuation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Proven experience in property valuation, agency, and property management.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and professional practice standards.
- Ability to prepare detailed valuation and advisory reports
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
