Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Engineer, based in Lekki, Nigeria, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, troubleshooting technical challenges, preparing project documentation, and overseeing project timelines to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in engineering principles, including problem-solving, technical analysis, and design capabilities
• Experience in project management, resource allocation, and time management
• Proficiency in using engineering tools, software, and technical documentation practices
• Knowledge of both onshore and offshore engineering environments and the ability to adapt solutions to respective complexities
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards
• Experience with Nigerian local content regulations and standards will be advantageous
