Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Engage stakeholders across Retail, Corporate, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT
• Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
• Support implementation and optimization of core banking and digital platforms
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure all solutions align with regulatory standards and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking operations (payments, lending, deposits, etc.)
• Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos T24)
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (CBN guidelines, AML/KYC)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
