Senior Brand Manager
Job summary
The role leads the planning and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels, including sales, on-trade, modern trade, and open market, working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand equity, market share, and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Drive consumer awareness, engagement, and brand visibility across all marketing channels.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage brand budgets and evaluate campaign performance to maximize return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Develop creative briefs and manage relationships with advertising, media, digital, and activation agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Lead the development and execution of sponsorships, events, and experiential marketing initiatives that enhance brand equity.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-Trade (HORECA) channels.
- Track brand performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior members of the brand team while contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Brand Management or Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Wines & Spirits or Beverage FMCG is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and delivering commercial growth.
