Our client in a Home service and technology industry is seeking a senior B2B sales leader with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and engaging confidently at C-suite level. It is a hands-on, founder-proxy position focused on opening doors, structuring partnerships, and closing long-cycle enterprise agreements.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise and strategic partnership discussions end-to-end
  • Engage directly with CEOs, VPs, and Heads of Operations
  • Structure pilots, commercial terms, and long-cycle deals
  • Navigate complex buying processes and enterprise procurement structures
  • Work closely with the founder to close and scale key accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-impact enterprise partnership opportunities aligned with long-term growth objectives
  • Manage post-close handover and relationship continuity to ensure successful onboarding and account expansion
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback from enterprise clients to inform product, pricing, and service decisions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is an advantage)
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven record of personally closing high-value, complex enterprise deals
  • Professionals are comfortable with autonomy, accountability, and minimal supervision
  • Strong experience selling services, infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate at the C-suite and board level
  • Deep understanding of long sales cycles, pilots, procurement, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win–win partnerships
  • Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
