Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with construction plans.
- Produce and review construction drawings, specifications, and layout plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and interior detailing in line with project requirements and budget.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety, and environmental standards.
- Present design proposals and progress reports to clients and management.
- Incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and support project reporting activities.
Requirements:
- A BSc. in Architecture. A master's degree is a plus.
- Interested candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an architect in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and project management.
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Valid professional license and certification.
