The Senior Architect will play a key role in strengthening the team technical capability and project delivery performance. This role is responsible for leading architectural projects from design development through construction, ensuring high-quality documentation, effective consultant coordination, and accurate on-site execution.

Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Leadership:
- Lead architectural projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation
- Produce, review, and coordinate detailed working drawings
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and fully buildable
- Supervise and review outputs from junior architects
Technical Oversight & Quality Control:
- Develop and refine construction detailing across projects
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian planning regulations and building codes
- Manage drawing production schedules and issuance timelines
- Conduct internal quality assurance and control (QA/QC) reviews to maintain design integrity
Consultant Coordination:
- Coordinate effectively with structural, mechanical, and electrical (MEP) consultants
- Identify and resolve technical clashes early in the design process
- Track and manage design revisions, ensuring alignment across all disciplines
Site & Construction Support:
- Participate in site meetings where required
- Review and approve shop drawings
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure design intent is maintained during execution
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 -10 years post-graduation professional experience in architecture
- Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory)
- Proven track record of delivering built projects within Nigeria
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and buildability principles
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- ARCON registration is an added advantage
Location: Marina, Lagos, Nigeria (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 – 1,000,000 monthly
