ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with strong architectural design and 3D visualization skills to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate must be confident in producing high-quality architectural designs and realistic 3D interior and exterior visuals, while supervising junior team members and ensuring timely project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•
Lead architectural design from concept to working drawings

•
Produce and review high-quality 3D interior and exterior designs

•
Translate client briefs into functional, aesthetic, and buildable designs

•
Supervise and review work of junior architects and designers

•
Coordinate consultants and manage architectural documentation

•
Present design concepts and visuals to clients

•
Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

•
Degree in Architecture

•
5–7 years professional experience

•
Strong portfolio showing architectural design + 3D interior and exterior projects

•
Advanced proficiency in:

•
Revit

•
V-Ray

•
Enscape

•
AutoCAD

•
Good understanding of construction detailing and documentation

•
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

•
ARCON / COREN registration is an advantage
