This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect (Design, 3D & Site Management) based in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design development, producing high-quality 3D visualizations, coordinating consultants, supervising construction activities, and ensuring excellent project delivery.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design from concept to execution
- Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings and specifications
- Coordinate consultants and contractors
- Supervise construction works on site
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Resolve technical and site-related issues
- Support project documentation and approvals
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-graduation experience
- Strong design and rendering portfolio with built projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and related software
- Strong site supervision experience
- Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional registration with ARCON (an advantage)
- A portfolio is required

Work mode:
- Full-Time (Physical / On-site)
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: On-call (As required)
Remuneration: NGN 300,000/month
Location: Lagos (Close proximity to Somolu/Yaba axis is an advantage)
